This shop has been specializing in grilled fish since 1919. The shop is filled with the delicious aroma of grilled fish. Their focus is sea bream and hamo (pike conger eel). They especially recommend the ornamented sea bream for celebrations, grilled hamo, and the hamo tempura and hamo katsu (hamo cutlet), which can be eaten right in the shop. For those who need it, they also ship the celebratory sea bream to other parts of the country.

“We are committed to using only natural sea bream. Hamo is available all year round and is sourced from the Seto Inland Sea from Shimonoseki. They are so delicious that everyone eating here look so happy!” they say.

Not only grilled hamo, but also hamo cutlets, hamo tempura, hamo somen noodles, and hamo nyumen (hamo noodle soup) are available.

The whole grilled sea breams for celebrations are ordered year-round, and a whopping 8,000 are grilled for New Year's.
