Kaisen Hotate Center sells grilled seafood, skewers, seafood rice bowls, etc., mainly using fresh scallops. Please stop by.

There is seating on the second floor of the restaurant as well. Large groups are welcome.

Large scallops are grilled with butter and soy sauce. They can be topped with sea urchin or salmon roe, or made al ajillo.

Skewers of large scallops are grilled using a special sweet sauce.
