We have been selling Yuzu shichimi since 1989 and developed shichimi soft since 1996! Sansho and Yuzu Kosho are purely made in Japan.

We grind the strong and numbing grape sansho from Wakayama on a millstone to provide the fresh aroma of sansho. The restaurant is filled with the fragrance of sansho!

Shichimi medium spicy is kneaded into rich Hokkaido milk." Please enjoy the "original" shichimi soft serve!

We have a wide variety of products such as aromatic shichimi, ichimi, yuzu powder made from 100% natural yuzu, and pure domestic yuzu kosho.
